障がい児の「親亡き後」という社会課題
rinlife Magazineは、ファッションブランド「KUDEN by TAKAHIRO SATO」の創業者・佐藤貴浩が、知的障がいと自閉症を持つ息子の父としての経験から構想したプロジェクトです。
日本では障がいを持つ子どもに対し、18歳までは一定の公的サポートが存在します。
しかし、学校卒業後は「就労支援」という限定的な枠組みに移行し、さらに保護者が亡くなった後の生活(親亡き後の暮らし)を支える仕組みは、既存の制度だけでは質・量ともに不足しているのが現状です。
本誌は、この「親亡き後」の不条理を、個人の問題ではなく社会全体の構造的な課題として捉え、解決するための「装置」として創刊されました。
私たちが解決を目指す「二つの高い壁」
人々の無理解 (心の壁)
福祉が「当事者以外には無関係な世界」として切り離され、社会の関心が届きにくいこと。
資金の不足 (経済の壁)
国の助成金や国内景気に依存し、自立して持続可能な利益を生む仕組みが欠如していること。
