Shipping policy

Summary of version KUDEN-01-2026-08-01. The full terms are on Shipping, Duties and Delivery, which governs if the two differ.

We ship from Japan.

Made-to-order garments

Shipping, import duty, VAT/GST/sales tax and ordinary customs handling are included in the price. Nothing further is charged on delivery. We ship with DHL, duties paid by us.

Production begins on the day both final specification approval and payment capture are complete. From there, shipping is about three months. In rare cases — for example where a fabric has to be sourced or dyed for your order, or an artisan's schedule requires it — it can take longer. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date — if we expect to miss it, we tell you before it passes and you may cancel for a full refund.

Vintage items

Shipping is charged at checkout according to the destination. Import duty, import taxes and customs charges are paid by you to the carrier or customs authority on arrival. Dispatched within three business days of confirmed payment.

Where we ship

We ship only to countries and regions we have approved for sale, and the approved list differs between made-to-order garments and vintage items. Enter your address at checkout and the available delivery methods are shown; if none appear, we cannot ship there yet. See Shipping, Duties and Delivery.

Your address

Please enter a correct, valid address. If a delivery fails because of an incomplete address, a refusal, or a move you did not tell us about, and the parcel comes back to us, the cost of reshipping is yours.
