For Only Japanese customer, The selling price shall be the amount indicated (indicated price / consumption tax included).
For other customers, selling price Not include any tax.

Method and timing of payment

Payment methods: Credit cards, PayPal are accepted.
Payment is confirmed at the time the order is placed.

Product delivery time

Once payment is confirmed, we will ship within 3 business days for in-stock items only if we receive the order at 2:00 p.m. on the same day.

Return Policy

In general, we do not accept returns due to customer reasons.
In the event of a defective product, please contact support@ku-den.jp within 7 days of receipt of the product. 
If you return a defective product when the initial defect is confirmed, we will pay the shipping cost.

Colors may appear different on the actual product than on the screen.

In general, custom order products and pre tailor-made products are non-returnable. This is because these products are made exclusively for our customers, for which we reserve materials, craftsmen's time, and start production according to the customer's order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

代金の支払方法・時期

支払方法：クレジットカードやPayPal、あと払い（ペイディ）による決済がご利用頂けます。
支払時期：商品注文確定時でお支払いが確定致します。

商品のお届け時期

お支払の確認ができましたら当日14時受付にて在庫ありの商品に限り3営業日以内に発送いたします。

返品について

お客様の都合による返品は原則お受けできません。
万が一不良品があった場合は商品到着後7日以内にsupport@ku-den.jp までご連絡ください。
初期不良が確認できた際に不良品を返送いただく場合は弊社が送料をご負担いたします。

カスタムオーダー商品、受注生産品に関しましては原則返品不可とさせていただいております。お客様の注文に合わせ資材を確保し、職人の時間を確保し、生産を開始するお客様だけの為の商品だからです。何卒ご了承いただきますよう、お願い申し上げます。
