We work to about three months from the start of production to shipping. Production starts on the day your final specification is confirmed and payment is complete.
Occasionally, when cloth has to be sourced or dyed for your order, or when the artisans' schedule requires it, it takes longer. We tell you when we send your shipping estimate, and if anything changes during production we let you know as soon as we know.
Card, PayPal, pay later, Solana Pay and bank transfer are available. When payment is taken depends on the method.
If you cancel before the final specification is approved, we may deduct costs already incurred that cannot be recovered. After approval, orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Shipping and import duties and taxes are included in the price. There is nothing further to pay.
Customs or the carrier in your country may ask you directly for identification or tax details needed for clearance. Without them the parcel cannot be delivered.

After your order we confirm your size and the final details with you. It is fine to order while you are still deciding — we work it out together afterwards.

A person looks at it
Every finished garment is picked up and inspected before it ships. The people who do it have spent decades making clothes, and only what meets their standard goes out.

Then it is sent
Shipping and duties are included, and we tell you the shipping date. If anything changes during production we contact you as soon as we know.
