1. Contract

For made-to-order garments, the contract is formed when you have reviewed the product, colour, provisional size, key terms and applicable policies and completed your order at Shopify Checkout. The size is confirmed finally by email from KUDEN after the order. Contract formation, payment capture and final specification approval do not necessarily occur at the same moment. For Vintage items, the contract is formed on completion of the order at Shopify Checkout.

2. Product information

Product descriptions, currency, stock and availability are governed by what is displayed on Shopify. Minor individual variation arising from handwork and materials is dealt with under our Returns, Refunds and Defects policy.

3. Account and contact

An order for a made-to-order garment requires a customer account with a verified email address. Size and final specification confirmation, contract changes, cancellation, defect claims and other formal communications are accepted by email. Chat is a support channel for consultation.

4. Intellectual property

Intellectual property rights in this site, the products, photographs, text, trade marks and other materials belong to KUDEN or to the rightful owner.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Japan.
