We completed shipping to backers who bought a jacket via PayPal.
We also sent the tracking number on email to buyer so if you don’t receive the mail please contact us.
＞To Backers who bought on Kickstarter but stopped by system
Now we can’t use message system on Kickstarter because our project is stopped. If you did pledge to our project, you can buy jacket as same place as your pledge, we still keep your jacket as stocks so please contact us,

About the Kickstarter project I launched, “Samurai Mode jacket - easy wearing kimono-like unisex jacket”, I got some message about the refund for pledge so I write about that.
From backers’ message, I found these fact below.
●Kickstarter messaged to me, project owner, they completed the refund.
This is the part of message from kickstarter send me.
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
We can’t send the funds to you because of results for our research.
Your project will be stopped and your funds will also be returned to your backers. Within some days , funds will refund to your backer’s credit card so you don’t need to do something.
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
●Kickstarter didn’t tell directly to backers about stop the project.
Backers didn’t get any special notice about stop the project from kickstarter.
It’s necessary that login to Kickstarter and check the “project I back” ( it’s for your language, for me it’s Japanese ” バックしたプロジェクト”) and it’s status is “stop” in order to confirm project is stopped.
●When you can get refund is depending on your credit card company.
After stop the project, Kickstarter completed the refund so we don’t get any money. So I have a favor to ask to your credit card company if you have question about refund.
When/ how you get refund, notice about cancel or money back is depending on credit card company so please ask about refund to your credit card company, sorry.

Case 1)
Pledge is canceled. Money is not charged from the bank account so there is no bank statement and announce.
Case 2)
Pledge is canceled. Money is not charged from the bank account but credit card company make a announce that fact to you via bank statement or any message.
I hope you check your situation by yourself.
Or if you’re not in any case above, your statement write the payment for kickstarter, please ask that to kickstarter.

Those cases above is for credit card.
The service that uses Immediate settlement system like debit card, it charged immediately and need days for refund. How long you need is depending on your service.
So if you use debit card for payment, please ask to Kickstarter first if they completed refund to you or not.
if you need some information to ask your bank account or card company, please ask it Kickstarter.

私のkickstarterで立ち上げたプロジェクト
「Samurai Mode jacket - easy wearing kimono-like unisex jacket」のプレッジ返金に関するお問い合わせが多かったので、こちらに関してご説明させて頂きます。
一部のバッカーからの報告では、以下のことが分かっています。
●kickstarterからの返金は完了済みとプロジェクトオーナーの私に連絡が来ています
私に届いたメールの一部分を抜粋させて頂きます。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
綿密な調査の結果、残念ながら本プロジェクトの資金を送金させていただくことはできません。ファンディングは停止され、お客様のプロジェクトに集まったプレッジは、バッカーに返金されます。支払い済みのプレッジは、数日中にバッカーのクレジットカードに直接返金されるため、お客様側での対応は必要ありません。
＝＝＝＝＝＝＝
●バッカーの皆様には、kickstarterからプロジェクト中断のお知らせは特になし。
kickstarter側からProject中止自体のお知らせは配信されていないとのことです。
私のProjectが中止されたのを確認するには、kickstarterにログインし、「バックしたプロジェクト」よりProjectのステータスが「一時中止中」となっていると思います。
●ご契約のクレジットカード会社によって返金が反映されるか等の対応が異なります
プロジェクトが中断された後にKickstarter側が返金処理を既に完了しており、私たちはバッカーからの金額を受け取っていません。
そのため、返金に関しては皆様のお使いのクレジットカード会社に確認してください。
返金の反映のタイミングや、キャンセルや返金に関する通知はご契約されているクレジットカード会社によって対応が異なりますので
ご不明な点があればカード会社またはkickstarterへお問い合わせください。
※1部のバッカーよりご連絡合ったケースをご紹介します。
ケース1)
プレッジした金額がキャンセルされたので、あなたの銀行口座より引き落としは実行されていない。
そのため、カード会社の明細も通知も無いケース
ケース２)
プレッジした金額がキャンセルされたので、あなたの銀行口座より引き落としは実行されていない。
カード会社の明細や通知などでキャンセルされた事が明記されるケース
各自確認して頂けると幸いです。
また上記どれにも該当せず、ご利用明細にkickstarterへの支払いが引き落としされている記載がある場合には、kickstarterへその旨ご連絡してください。
